? We’re Hiring: Senior Business Analyst – eCommerce & Retail

? Polanco, Mexico City – 100% Onsite

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Business Analyst with strong experience delivering enterprise retail and eCommerce implementations.

Mandatory requirements:

- 6–10 years of hands-on Business Analyst experience.
- At least 3 years working specifically in retail/eCommerce.
- Experience with an enterprise commerce platform such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce/Magento, SAP Commerce/Hybris, Shopify Plus, Mirakl, Kibo or Oracle Commerce/Retail.
- Strong functional knowledge of catalog/PIM, pricing, promotions, inventory, checkout, payments, order management, fulfillment, shipping, cancellations, returns and refunds.
- Proven participation in implementations from Discovery and requirements gathering through development, SIT/UAT, Production Go-Live and post-launch support.
- Hands-on creation of BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, process flows, AS-IS/TO-BE analysis, RTMs, wireframes and data mappings.




- Experience leading requirements workshops and collaborating with Product, UX/UI, Architecture, Development, QA and business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations with ERP, PIM, OMS, payment gateways and third-party systems.
- Agile/Scrum experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Professional English and fluent Spanish.
- Must be based in Mexico City and available to work onsite in Polanco.
- Must be comfortable with a contractor arrangement.
