Consultant – Accounting & Soft Accounting (AA): The Challenge (Responsibilities) Lead the functional implementation and configuration of accounting and soft accounting software modules for enterprise clients. Act as the primary liaison between the finance department and the technical engineering teams to translate complex business rules into system requirements. Analyze clients' existing financial processes, chart of accounts,



and general ledger structures to propose optimized software solutions.

Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide functional training to end-users on the new accounting platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to soft accounting, ensuring seamless integration with core financial systems. Your Profile (Requirements) 5+ years of experience as a Business Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst specializing in accounting software or ERP implementations.

Strong background in Finance or Accounting, with a deep understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and financial reconciliation processes. Proven track record of gathering requirements and configuring complex financial software (experience in the banking/fintech sector is highly preferred). High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
