Insight Engineer

Location: Monterrey, Guadalajara, Mexico City, Queretaro

Time Zone: CST/EST

Key Skills Required

- SQL (4-5+ years): Advanced SQL development, data analysis, complex query optimization, and data investigations.
- ETL Development (3-5+ years): Design, development, automation, and support of scalable ETL/data pipelines.
- Tableau (3+ years): Dashboard development, workbook creation, reporting, and KPI visualization.
- AWS (Optional but good to have) (3+ years): Hands-on experience with Athena, Lambda, CloudWatch, and EMR.

Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize SQL solutions using AWS Athena.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reporting solutions.
- Build and support automated ETL workflows and data pipelines.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune production jobs and reporting processes.




- Perform ad hoc analysis and data investigations.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering, BI, or Analytics.
- Strong expertise in SQL, ETL development, and Tableau.
- Experience building automated data solutions in AWS environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent priorities.
