About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to take ownership of functional solution design across Front Arena. In this role, you will act as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) during scoping and delivery, working closely with trading, operations, and accounting stakeholders to drive end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture: Lead functional design across front- and back-office modules.
- Workshop Facilitation: Drive interactive client workshops during initial scoping and delivery phases.
- Requirements Translation: Convert complex client business requirements into scalable Front Arena solutions.
- Scope & Estimation: Support project estimation, functional scope definition, and delivery planning.
- Team Leadership: Guide junior functional consultants and collaborate with partner delivery teams.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with technical developers and accounting specialists.

Required Skills & Experience

- Domain Expertise: Deep functional knowledge (front-to-back) in Front Arena, Murex (MX.3), or Calypso (Nasdaq).
- Implementation Track Record: Proven experience delivering full lifecycle implementations.
- Client Scoping: Demonstrated ability to define functional scope and structured delivery approaches.
- Stakeholder Management: Experienced in engaging trading, operations, and finance teams.
- Languages: Spanish language skills strongly preferred.
- Local Market Knowledge: Understanding of Mexican market practices is a strong plus.
