About our client

Our client, a premier international private equity real estate fund, has created a new position for a Senior Investment Analyst. In this role, you will work closely with senior investment professionals throughout the full transaction lifecycle, from market research and underwriting to due diligence, financing, and closing. The position offers significant exposure to real estate acquisitions, financial modeling, valuation, and investment decision-making, with direct interaction with brokers, lenders, equity partners, attorneys, and other key stakeholders.

The position is based in Mexico City.

What the job involves

- Underwrite multifamily acquisition opportunities and build sophisticated financial models

- Perform property-level, market and investment analysis

- Evaluate valuations, return profiles, risks and key investment drivers

- Coordinate financial, operational and other due diligence processes

- Analyze financing alternatives and support debt/equity structuring

- Prepare investment committee materials, presentations and recommendations





- Work closely with senior decision-makers throughout the transaction process

- Interact directly with brokers, lenders, equity partners, attorneys and property management teams

- Support transactions from initial market research through closing

Who we are looking for

- Experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, private equity or a similar analytical role

- Strong financial modeling and underwriting capabilities

- Experience analyzing property-level financial statements and operating data

- Strong understanding of real estate investment fundamentals and valuation

- Ability to translate complex financial and market information into clear investment recommendations

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills

- Advanced Excel skills

- Fluent English

- Proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative mindset

- Ability and willingness to travel to the U.S.
