We're expanding our remote Client Services team and are looking for an experienced Senior Market Research Project Manager to own the full project lifecycle, from bid to invoice.

End-to-end project leadership: Lead multiple market research projects from proposal acceptance through final invoicing, delivering on time, on budget, and to scope Risk management & problem-solving: Identify risks early, remove blockers, and keep projects moving while surfacing opportunities to expand or deepen client partnerships Partner with Sales and Research to build compelling proposals, pricing, and feasibility assessments that set projects up for success Oversee survey programming,



translations, data collection, and field reporting to ensure smooth delivery and high-quality outputs Quality control: Implement best practices that protect data integrity and raise the bar on accuracy, reporting quality, and client satisfaction Budget & financial ownership: Track budgets, manage costs, and ensure accurate, timely invoicing and financial processing Minimum of 5+ years of market research project management experience in a client-facing role; English: Professional-level English (verbal and written) Proficiency with market research tools, methodologies, and project management systems (e.g., Decipher, Confirmit, Salesforce, Tableau, MS Excel, etc.) Highly organized with strong analytical skills; able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Resourceful and data-driven; Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accountability Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, improve response quality, and increase speed without compromising data integrity or customer experience Join a fast-growing global team with career advancement opportunities.
