As a Senior Producer, you will be collaborating with multiple development teams to build new features and platform integrations for our portfolio of games.

You will be operating close to our Games as part of our Solutions team and support Engineering in building custom solutions using our technology to fit our games' needs. Lead, inform, motivate and align project teams to deliver on individual & shared goals Own project planning and execution, building and maintaining timelines, managing dependencies, and driving predictable delivery across multiple teams and initiatives Build strong partnerships with game studios and production teams, understanding their business goals, release processes, and operational needs Coordinate across game teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations to align expectations, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery Provide visibility on project tracking and team health, taking into account high level strategies and reporting on day-to-day progress regularly Establish and continuously improve production processes, agile practices, and team operating models that enable high-quality delivery, predictability, and a positive team culture Must have 5+ years of experience as a project manager or producer Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects You are a strong influencer,
