Analyze recruitment and HR KPIs (Time to Fill, Headcount, Hiring Quality, Early Attrition) and drive improvements. Lead Pre- onboarding, and support HR processes, and employee lifecycle activities. Improve recruitment processes through automation and continuous improvement.

Contribute to employer branding and employee engagement initiatives. 3–5 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.

Experience recruiting for Last Mile Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Business roles.



Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics. B1–B2 English (interviews and some business conversations). Medium- advanced Excel or Google Sheets.

Experience using ATS platforms. (You care about hiring quality as hiring speed.
