o 8+ years of ServiceNow platform experience preferably in development and implementation o Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow SDK (NOW SDK), including local application initialization, metadata transformation, and deploying scoped applications from a local IDE (e.g., VS Code).

o Proficiency in ServiceNow Fluent for defining application metadata in code, alongside server-side JavaScript modules and third-party libraries.

o Experience leveraging Now Assist for Creator (or similar generative AI developer tools) to optimize development efficiency, code generation, and workflow automation.

o Hands on experience with incident management, problem management, change management, knowledge management, service catalog, service level management (SLM), workflows and email notifications o Good understanding of core platform features,



flow designer, ACLs, server side APIs and client side APIs in ServiceNow o Good knowledge on ATF, reports, dashboards, import sets, transformations, update sets and system clone, upgrades in ServiceNow o Hands on experience on development of custom scoped applications o Java, J2EE, Servlet, JSP, XML, AJAX, SQL, jQuery, JavaScript and any web-based development tools o Good understanding on ITSM, CSM modules Event Management, Integrations, Orchestration o Hands on experience on working with Rest API’s o A fair understanding of MID Server Configuration, CMDB, discovery and asset management
