Instagram | TikTok | Culture page Role Mission Lead the development and execution of social media strategies that strengthen brand relevance within digital culture by transforming audience insights, cultural trends, and business objectives into authentic, platform-native content.

This role is responsible for fostering meaningful community engagement, optimizing social performance, and ensuring a consistent, strategic brand presence across all social platforms.

Key responsibilities Co-create and execute monthly social media strategies aligned with business objectives, audience behavior, and platform dynamics. Plan and manage editorial calendars while developing platform-native content ideas in collaboration with Strategy and Creative teams. Write engaging social copy that reflects each brand's tone of voice and feels authentic to each platform.

Identify emerging trends, cultural conversations, and real-time content opportunities to keep brands relevant and culturally connected. Lead community management by fostering meaningful conversations and delivering consistent, empathetic, and brand-aligned audience engagement. Manage and appropriately escalate sensitive community situations to protect and strengthen brand reputation.

Monitor and analyze content performance, audience behavior, and community engagement using qualitative and quantitative insights.



Turn social performance insights into actionable recommendations that optimize content, improve engagement, and drive continuous growth.

Skills &

experience 3–5 years of experience in Social Media, Community Management, or Digital Marketing. Deep understanding of platform behaviors across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms. Strong knowledge of internet culture and evolving consumer behaviors. Excellent copywriting skills in Spanish. Strong analytical thinking and ability to extract meaningful insights from performance data. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Comfortable working on multiple brands simultaneously. Professional working proficiency in English.
