Contract Position Your Role: Advising Assistant

Are you fluent in English and Spanish with a passion for helping others succeed? We're looking for

Advising Assistants to support our small business clients on their journey to obtain money and credit to start, build, and grow successful businesses. This is a fast-paced, phone-heavy role—perfect for motivated, service-oriented professionals who want to grow their careers in a supportive, remote-first environment. What You'll Do:

Handle

20+ inbound and outbound calls per hour with professionalism and empathy Guide clients through our business credit-building program Use platforms like

HubSpot and

GHL to manage communication and tasks Support clients via email and follow-up as needed Collaborate with our remote team to ensure outstanding service delivery What We're Looking For:

We provide full training — but here's what will make you shine: Fluent English

(spoken and written) with a neutral or clear accent Fluent Spanish

(spoken and written) Native speaker or multilingual required Excellent communication skills
