As a Software Developer, you'll contribute to the Varicent Incentives platform—a single-page web app. You'll work closely with developers, designers, and data scientists to build modern, scalable features that deliver exceptional user experiences. 5 to 8 years of relevant backend development experience, ideally with data-intensive systems.

Strong proficiency in at least one backend language ( C#, Java, C++ ). AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS/Redshift, DynamoDB, etc.). ELT/ETL concepts and large-data challenges. Solid software design fundamentals and passion for clean, maintainable code.
