Solstice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Controllership Analyst to join our growing Finance organization. This is not a traditional accounting role. The idóneo candidate is a proactive problem solver who consistently goes beyond assigned responsibilities, challenges the status quo, identifies process improvement opportunities, and drives solutions independently.

This role requires a strong combination of technical accounting knowledge, financial analysis, operational excellence, and business partnership skills. The successful candidate will be expected to operate with minimal supervision, lead complex activities, influence stakeholders, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across multiple entities and processes.
