We are seeking a strategic and proactive professional with a strong digital mindset , capable of turning data, trends, and insights into impactful digital strategies aligned with client and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Digital & Social Media Strategy:

Lead the development and execution of social media strategies aligned with business goals, cultural insights, and audience behavior across key platforms.
- Content & Narrative Leadership:

Develop strategic content and narratives adapted to local markets, ensuring consistency in tone, messaging, and brand objectives.
- Influencer & Creator Strategy:

Design and manage influencer programs, including creator mapping, briefing, execution, and performance evaluation.
- Analytics & Performance Optimization:

Monitor digital KPIs, deliver strategic performance reports,



and identify optimization opportunities through data analysis.
- Event & On-site Coverage:

Support events and activations with real-time content, creator coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Agency Growth & Positioning:

Contribute to the agency’s marketing, reputation, and growth initiatives, including pitches, proposals, and visibility efforts.

Requirements

Based in Mexico City

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media,Marketing, or a related field.

A postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.

Fluent English is essential.
