About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain complete software applications from concept through production.

You will work on projects such as CRM-style platforms, internal business tools, dashboards, workflow systems, and other web applications, taking ownership across architecture, backend, databases, APIs, frontend, and user experience.

There is no mandatory programming language or predefined technology stack. We are looking for strong software engineering fundamentals, technical versatility, and the ability to independently turn business requirements into scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop full-stack applications from concept to production.
- Build CRM-style platforms, internal tools, dashboards, and workflow systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and application architecture.
- Develop and maintain backend services, databases, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
- Make technical decisions regarding architecture, technologies, integrations, and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Test, debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications and codebases.
- Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments.
- Work directly with company leadership to define requirements and recommend technical solutions.
- Explain programming concepts and technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders and help leadership develop a basic understanding of software development.

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional software development experience, with significant hands-on Full Stack experience.




- Proven experience building and maintaining complete web applications.
- Strong knowledge of frontend, backend, databases, APIs, and software architecture.
- Experience making technical and architectural decisions independently.
- Experience with cloud deployment, Git/version control, testing, and debugging.
- Ability to work with existing codebases as well as build applications from the ground up.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously with business requirements that may not initially be technically defined.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

- Experience building CRMs, ERPs, SaaS platforms, internal tools, or workflow systems.
- Experience with user roles, permissions, dashboards, reporting, or automation.
- Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with modern technologies such as React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, Python, Java, C#/.NET, or similar.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
- Previous experience working directly with founders, executives, or business leaders.
