Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise application development. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices-based solutions following industry best practices.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support internal and external system integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and software solutions.
- Create well-structured, reusable, and maintainable code following clean code principles and coding standards.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for relational databases.
- Implement asynchronous and event-driven architectures using Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decision-making.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements are met.




- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software engineering.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including development processes, coding standards, and automation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Java application development.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying microservices-based applications.
- Extensive experience in RESTful API design, development, documentation, and integration.
- Strong proficiency in Java 8/11/17 and core Java concepts, including collections, multithreading, exception handling, and concurrency.
- Solid understanding of Spring Framework components, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, and dependency injection.
- Expertise in Spring annotations and framework best practices.




- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging technologies for event-driven architectures.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and software architecture concepts.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and ensuring code quality through automated testing frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
- Experience with source control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows.
