In this role, you will impact the reliability and safety of aerospace products by ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the quality engineering team to maintain high-quality standards in aerospace products

- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations

- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency

- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of quality metrics and non-conformances

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics

- Minimum 6 years of experience in quality engineering or quality supervision roles,



preferably in aerospace or related industries, Continous improvement , Microelectronic.

- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, regulatory standards, and aerospace quality requirements

- Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, root cause analysis, statistical process control, and corrective action processes

- Experience with quality auditing, supplier quality management, and continuous improvement methodologies
