/ As a Design Engineer at Ware Malcomb, you will contribute to the delivery of building engineering solutions for a diverse range of clients.
You will assist with engineering design and analysis while supporting overall project delivery and client requirements.
Under limited supervision, you will be responsible for preparing calculations, drawings, and specifications while continuing to develop your technical expertise.
You may also lead and coordinate portions of planning, organization, and integration activities within your area of responsibility.Your RoleAssist the Senior Engineer and serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) when assigned, planning project layouts and integrating building systems into unified designs for client review and approvalCoordinate with other disciplines and actively participate in internal and external project meetings to ensure alignment and resolve issuesPrepare and supervise the development of scaled drawings, specifications, and contract documents for building contractors, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standardsPerform engineering calculations using Excel or engineering software related to mechanical and building systems designPerform construction administration duties, including RFIs, submittal reviews, and periodic on-site observations to monitor compliance with plansLead field work activities such as verification, assessments,
