What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree required – any field
Customer service or call center experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused and professional attitude
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working with multiple computer systems
Healthcare or patient support experience is a plus, but not required
