We're a retention marketing agency that helps eCommerce brands turn one-time buyers into raving fans. Email, SMS, CRM strategy, the whole nine yards. We work fast, ship often and sweat the details.
We need a junior designer who can keep up.
What you'll be doing:
Designing email templates, landing pages and branded assets that convert
Building and maintaining design systems in Figma
Creating scroll-stopping visuals for our clients' campaigns (think: product launches, flash sales, VIP offers)
Collaborating with marketing strategists, copywriters and senior designers to refine concepts and ensure visual consistency
Optimizing designs for conversion and mobile responsiveness
Iterating quickly based on performance data and feedback
You're a good fit if:
You live and breathe Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
You have a sharp eye for typography,



layout and color (we can tell when spacing is off by 2px)
You care about the tiny things that separate good design from great design
You work well with cross-functional teams and don't need your hand held
Requirements:
Based in a LATAM country
Advanced written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Full-time availability within agreed working hours
Proactive communication with our distributed team

This is a full-time remote role (independent contractor)
$900/month to start
