You will own and optimize the inbound recruiting channel—using funnel analytics, dashboards, and continuous testing to help us hire smarter, faster, and more predictably across multiple markets. You'll run full-cycle hiring while translating data into decisions that improve source quality, candidate experience, and time-to-hire. Partner with hiring leaders in a integral matrix organization—driving stakeholder alignment, clear timelines, and consistent reporting. Build and continuously improve dashboards that track application volume, funnel conversion, time-to-stage,



and source performance—turning metrics into action. 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent roles.

Experience working with ATS and reporting tools (Ashby is a plus), and comfort turning raw data into clear recommendations. Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish (C1); Portuguese is a plus for broader regional coverage. Availability to work primarily on-site in Guadalajara (hybrid model: 80% on-site / 20% remote).
