Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for specialized, managerial, and executive-level positions. Conduct market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and talent intelligence analyses. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical manufacturing and business roles.

Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define recruitment strategies and hiring plans. Utilize data and recruiting metrics to drive decision-making and improve hiring outcomes. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations,



or related field. 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing environments.

Experience managing specialized, managerial, and executive-level searches.

Advanced

English proficiency (written and verbal).

Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.

Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques. Knowledge of talent market trends, salary benchmarking, and workforce planning.

Experience supporting multi-site or regional recruitment operations.
