Technical

Consultants are responsible for providing expert consultation and technical configuration of our products. The ideal candidate thrives on flexing their problem-solving skills, enjoys working with data pipelines, and is comfortable writing basic code or scripts. Pilot and test middleware solutions to streamline data transfer between customer data sources and Canvas. Document processes thoroughly and maintain up-to-date records for all projects.

Instructure's risk exposure through careful management of technical integrations and configurations. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2+ years of experience in SaaS implementations or technical support roles.
