Luxury Boutique Hospitality | On-site | Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Cluster Sales Manager to lead the commercial and distribution strategy for two luxury boutique hotels in one of Mexicos most prestigious destinations.

This role is idóneo for a strategic, results-driven hospitality professional with a strong network in the luxury travel market and the ability to grow revenue while preserving the unique positioning of each property.

Key responsibilities:

Design and execute the sales and distribution strategy for both properties.

Build long-term relationships with travel advisors, luxury consortia, specialized agencies, tour operators, and key accounts.

Strengthen direct bookings and optimize premium OTA channels.

Develop cross-selling strategies based on availability and guest profiles.

Collaborate on rate, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR strategies.

Monitor the hotels positioning and reputation across digital platforms.

Create partnerships with curated local experiences, including culinary, cultural, wellness, and outdoor activities.

Represent both properties at trade shows, roadshows, and luxury tourism events.





Analyze the competitive landscape and prepare commercial forecasts and performance reports.

What were looking for:

At least five years of sales experience in luxury or boutique hotels.

Proven experience negotiating with travel agencies, OTAs, travel advisors, and luxury tourism partners.

Advanced English proficiency.

Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards and luxury hospitality certifications or distinctions.

Strong commercial judgment, relationship-building skills, and results orientation.

Brand sensitivity and the ability to translate unique hospitality experiences into compelling storytelling.

Experience managing multiple properties or a hotel portfolio is highly valued.

Availability to work on-site in San Miguel de Allende and travel occasionally.
