and regulatory considerations. # Track quality metrics, defect trends, test progress, and release readiness, providing executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication. # Lead geographically distributed testing teams, mentor QA resources, and drive continuous improvement in testing practices, automation, and delivery efficiency. # Nice to Have: Experience in banking modernization programs, API testing, performance testing, CI/CD integration, and payments ecosystem transformations.
