We're replacing a fragmented, frustrating process with software that just works. What You'll Do As an Outbound BDR, you're the first voice prospects hear. You'll be calling U. S. property managers, creating interest in our software, and booking demos with decision-makers. Specifically: Conduct outbound calls to U. S.-based property managers (cold and warm outreach) Qualify prospects, and book online demos for our Account Executive team Manage all outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in Hub Spot CRM Hit weekly activity targets and monthly demo-booked quotas (shared at interview).

What We're Looking For At least 6 months of outbound sales experience (B2 B preferred; strong B2 C or inbound candidates welcome) Excellent spoken and written English — you'll be on the phone with U.
