Role:
Book domestic and international business trips including transportation (flight/train/rental car) and accommodation for colleagues/events incl. group bookings and related monitoring, while handling changes or cancellations
Assist with planning and updating travel itineraries, as well as coordinating logistics to ensure employees are informed about their trips
Check compliance with internal travel policies and support adherence to the travel budget
Handle general travel inquiries and assist with administrative tasks in travel management
Be a central point of contact for travelling colleagues and contribute to the team to optimize organizational processes and provide administrative support
Prepare procurement price comparisons, maintain the ticket system and audit documentation
Run the front desk: switchboard, calls, visitor reception and badges, office security, mail, couriers, supply orders and invoice control

Requirements:

C1 English or C2 local language - fluent reading, writing and speaking
Knowledge and experience in the tourism and business travel industry




Experience with MS Office
Understanding of corporate travel industry in general and in particular of travel management abroad
3+ years in travel management or administration; degree in travel, business or hospitality a plus
Organized, service-oriented, independent and a strong team player
