We are currently searching for a DevOps Engineer (Java/Cloud):
Client Overview Our Client is a leading general technology company operating a massive, large-scale distributed ecosystem.
The Challenge (Responsibilities)




Drive the adoption of development services, specifically Performance Engineering, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Collaboration amongst various delivery teams.
Design and implement an effective and efficient CI/CD flow that transitions code from development to production with high quality and minimal manual effort.
Work collaboratively across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Design, analyze, and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.
Debug and optimize code, and automate routine tasks to push the boundaries of what can be done with automation.
Manage difficult situations and make critical decisions with a strong sense of urgency.
Your Profile (Requirements)
BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience.
Solid experience in industry-standard CI/CD tools such as Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Groovy, and Chef.
Extensive hands-on experience in cloud-based architecture, preferably in Azure and PCF.
Proven experience with Java, J2EE, WebServices (SOAP/REST), Spring/Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Strong background in algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.




Experience working within an Agile Development Environment.
High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
Experience with monitoring and containerization tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Docker, and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
Advanced Spanish.
