Job Description

1. YF IOS planning, implementation, and continuous improvement.

- YF IOS process and sub-process structure planning and promote continuous improvement;

- Organize YF IOS annual improvement opportunity identification and promote for its implementation;

- Receive YF IOS improvement proposal, organize review meeting with process owners, stakeholders and take action.

- Plan and organize annual YF IOS management review meeting.

- Plan and organize YF IOS annual risks and opportunity management activity.

2. YFAI IOS planning, implementation and promote continuous improvement.

- YFAI IOS process and sub-process structure planning and promote continuous improvement;

- Organize YFAI IOS annual improvement opportunity identification and promote for its implementation;

- Receive YFAI IOS integral process improvement proposal, organize review meeting with process owners, stakeholders and take action.

- Plan and organize annual YFAI IOS management review meeting.

- Plan and organize YFAI IOS annual risks and opportunity management activity.

- Promote quality management system standardization in plants.

3. Support BU IOS establishment and continuous improvement.

- Support BU to establish their IOS process structure to clear link to YF IOS process;

- Review BU IOS linkage to YF IOS to make sure right IOS doc.

- Organize necessary YF IOS training to BUs to help them better understand YF IOS process and structure;

4. Annual YF IOS Internal system audit and certification audit planning and support BU related activities.

- Plan and implement YF IOS annual internal system audit;

- Cooperate with BUs to plan and implement certification audit for YFI functions (incl. ITC);

5. Organize Monthly YF/BU IOS Team meeting.

- Summarize YF IOS new requirement and improvement planning、latest released YF IOS doc. information, and organize monthly YF/BU IOS team meeting to share the information with BUs and track its implementation if necessary;

6. IOS BBP Sharing and database building.

- Organize BU to build annual IOS BBPs sharing plan;

- Build YF/BU IOS BBP database;

7. Plan and implement YF IMS TQ audit.

- Establish YF IMS TQ audit standard incl. auditor qualification, audit plant selection standard, audit planning and execution and reporting;

- Establish YF IMS TQ audit team in all regions;

- Conduct annual YF IMS TQ auditor training plan and implement;

- Conduct annual YF IMS TQ audit plan, implement and drive for continuous improvement;

- Plan and build YF IMS TQ BBP database;

8. Other tasks appointed by Business Systems Director.
