Key Responsibilities Lead the HR function for a manufacturing operation with 900+ employees. Advise and coach the Plant Manager and leadership team on people and organizational decisions. Lead labor and union relations, including CBA and salary negotiations. Maintain a strong relationship with the CTM and union representatives. Lead Recruitment, Training, Organizational Development,



Communications, Compensation, Time Management and Employee Services. Develop HR strategies aligned with plant and business objectives. Manage HR and labor-cost budgets and key HR indicators. Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations, STPS requirements and NOM-035. Lead employee engagement, development and organizational climate initiatives.
