We are looking for a Bilingual Sales Agent to generate new business opportunities through outbound sales calls, lead follow-up, and the promotion of invoice factoring services within the U.S. market, providing a professional and reliable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales calls in English (100% of the time).Prospect and follow up with potential clients.Maintain and update customer information in Salesforce CRM.Prepare call activity and sales performance reports.Explain invoice factoring solutions and financial services to prospective customers.Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements




High school diploma or higher.Advanced English proficiency (90% required).Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.Availability to work 100% on-site.Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.Results-driven mindset and customer-focused attitude.
What We Offer
$17,000 MXN monthly net salary (after taxes) + commissions
Monday to Friday schedule (Saturday on-call rotation)
