We are currently searching for a CRM Business Analyst:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
Lead integration requirements analysis for CRM implementations and business systems.




Develop clear user stories and comprehensive acceptance criteria for development teams.
Execute data mapping and process modeling to ensure seamless system integration and data integrity.
Take ownership of requirements and maintain a proactive delivery mindset to bridge business needs with technical solutions.
Your Profile (Requirements)
Proven experience analyzing and mapping CRM business processes (e.g., Dynamics 365 , Salesforce , SAP , or similar).
Strong understanding of API and systems integration concepts.
Practical experience working in Agile environments and utilizing Azure DevOps .
Demonstrated expertise in data mapping and process modeling.
High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
Ownership and a proactive delivery mindset.
Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
Advanced Spanish.
