GoodLeap, LLC is seeking a Collections Specialist to contact delinquent borrowers, negotiate payment arrangements, and help cure delinquencies while maintaining accurate records of outreach and payments.

You will conduct outbound and inbound calls, find solutions to bring loans to current status, process payments, and aim to meet daily, weekly and monthly collection goals in compliance with company policies.
