We're looking for an experienced TPM to join a high-impact FinTech project.

Requirements:

- Advanced English, with the ability to lead meetings and communicate with integral teams.
- 6+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including dashboards, reports, workflows, and backlog tracking.
- Experience managing software development projects and interacting directly with developers.
- Strong reporting, documentation, and project-tracking skills.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, dependencies, and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.





Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in fintech, banking, or financial services.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, or distributed systems.
- Experience supporting globally distributed engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage technical projects from planning through delivery.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.
- Use Jira to track tasks, dependencies, risks, blockers, and project progress.
- Prepare clear status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and technical discussions.
- Work closely with developers, Product Managers, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Identify delivery risks and coordinate mitigation plans.
- Ensure effective communication between technical and business teams.
- Monitor project metrics and support continuous process improvement.
