Your Impact In this role, you will work closely with clients, providing guidance and support tailored to their individual needs. Your efforts will play an important role in helping clients move toward improved outcomes, while also supporting the company’s continued reputation for excellence. What will you do: Maintain client accounts up to date and current.
Provide accurate information to relevant departments and keep track of all overdue accounts.
Actively try to bring them back into good standing to keep the portfolio up to compliance standards.
Collect payments.
Update daily ledgers/accounts.
Monthly statements.
Documentation tracking for accounts.
Account payoffs and settlements (internal and external).
Create and track repossession.




Schedule auctions and arrange transport.
Manage direct contact with customers for account closings.
What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in administration or a similar role.
Experience: 1+ years in similar positions.
Advanced English communication (both written and spoken).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Excel.
Schedule availability.
What we offer and important information: Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am-2:00 pm.
Salary: $18,000 pesos per month (gross salary).
