Peoplesoft Financials Role: Peoplesoft Financials Location: Guadalajara
Responsibilities Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for People Soft applications Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to People Soft software Collaborate with end-users to understand their needs and provide effective solutions Perform system testing and upgrades to keep the software up-to-date Develop and maintain documentation for People Soft processes and procedures Assist in the development and implementation of new People Soft modules and features Ensure data integrity and security within People Soft applications Provide training and support to end-users on People Soft functionalities




Required Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills In-depth knowledge of People Soft applications and modules Proficiency in People Tools, People Code, and Application Engine Experience with SQL and database management Understanding of integration tools and techniques within People Soft Familiarity with People Soft security and access controls
Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Previous experience in a People Soft support or similar role Certification in People Soft applications or related technologies is a plus
