We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting RTM with strong experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO), AppFolio, and general accounting practices . This role will support day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring financial transactions and records are accurate, organized, and up to date.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and general accounting tasks.
Reconcile bank and account statements and investigate discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AppFolio .
Monitor accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.




Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AppFolio .
Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Previous experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and account reconciliation .
Spanish is not required.

The adecuado candidate is organized, reliable, analytical, and comfortable working with financial data. They should be able to identify discrepancies, follow accounting processes carefully, and maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines.

What we offer Compensation: $12–$14 USD per hour
