Key Responsibilities

- Strengthen and elevate our employer brand presence across social media platforms and digital channels.
- Design and execute talent attraction campaigns, combining creativity, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
- Create compelling content, including copy, visual assets, videos, and campaigns that bring our Employee Value Proposition to life.
- Manage and grow our digital communities, fostering meaningful engagement with potential candidates.
- Analyze metrics, trends, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategy and maximize results.
- Support Employer Branding initiatives, digital recruitment efforts,



university engagement programs, and brand positioning activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Community Management, Employer Branding, or related areas.
- Familiarity with platforms and tools such as LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator o Premiere Pro.
- Strong communication, content creation, and storytelling skills.
- A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, results orientation, and a continuous learning attitude.
