A general logistics and distribution company is seeking a Junior IT Support Manager.

Objective

To lead and coordinate the operations of the IT support team assigned to warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring the continuity and availability of the technology services that support logistics operations.

Vacancy Profile

Education:

* Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, Field Support, or Service Desk roles.





• Prior experience leading or supervising technical teams.

• Experience in distributed operational environments—preferably logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or retail.

• Experience with incident management and ITSM platforms.

• Experience with budget administration or IT expense control (desirable).

Technical Knowledge

• IT Service Management / ITIL.

• ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platform.

• Hardware and user support.

• Networking and troubleshooting.

• IT asset management.

• End-user computing.

• Mobile devices / handhelds.

• Printing and peripherals.
