We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting RTM with strong experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO), AppFolio, and general accounting practices . This role will support day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring financial transactions and records are accurate, organized, and up to date.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage invoicing, accounts payable, and general accounting tasks.
- Process, organize, and track invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank and account statements and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AppFolio .
- Monitor accounting transactions to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Assist with financial reporting and account management.
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation.
- Support additional accounting and administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and AppFolio .




- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Previous experience with invoicing, accounts payable, and account reconciliation .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling financial information.
- Spanish is not required.

What We're Looking For

- The idóneo candidate is organized, reliable, analytical, and comfortable working with financial data. They should be able to identify discrepancies, follow accounting processes carefully, and maintain accurate records while meeting deadlines.

What we offer

Compensation: $12–$14 USD per hour

Language Requirement: English; Spanish is not required

Schedule: FT. 40 Hours per week.
