About the Role We are looking for a professional who can bridge business needs and AI-enabled solutions, supporting Finance Transformation initiatives through conversational AI, automation, and process improvement projects. This role will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to design and implement solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and translate business needs into AI-powered solutions. Support the design and implementation of conversational AI, chatbots and workflow automation projects. Contribute to finance transformation programs aimed at optimizing processes and improving employee-facing solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to develop, test, and deploy scalable AI-enabled solutions. Requirements Experience in Business Analysis, Process Transformation, Functional Consulting, Product Analysis,



or AI/Automation-related roles. Exposure to conversational AI, chatbots, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives. Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or Microsoft technologies is highly desirable. Exposure to finance processes such as Account Reconciliation, Payroll, Travel & Expense, or similar finance operations is a plus.
