CEVA Logistics is seeking a Business Process Excellence Specialist to support our Freight Forwarding Operations across the United States and Canada.



This role is ideal for logistics professionals who combine strong operational expertise with advanced analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

As part of our North America team, you will analyze complex pricing structures, customer and supplier tariffs, operational charges, and business processes across multiple freight products. You will work closely with Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to improve efficiency, ensure process compliance, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Support regional stakeholders across the US and Canada.
Translate business requirements into operational and system-related solutions.
Manage and analyze large volumes of operational data using advanced Excel tools.
Experience in Freight Forwarding, including Ocean and Air Import/Export operations.
Advanced English communication skills.
Advanced Excel expertise and data analysis capabilities.
