Inside Sales Representative Location: Jalisco, Mexico

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The idóneo candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging with prospective customers, managing the sales pipeline, and converting opportunities into successful sales.
The candidate must be comfortable communicating with customers in both English and Spanish and working in a target-driven sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Communicate with customers and prospects in English and Spanish .
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
Conduct consistent follow-ups with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Handle customer questions, objections, and negotiations professionally.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates on sales performance.
Requirements
~1–3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2B/B2C Sales, Business Development, or a similar sales role .
~ Fluent in both English and Spanish – required.
~ Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
~ Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, and closing sales.
~ Comfortable making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
~ Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
~ Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
~ Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
~ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
~ Must be based in Jalisco, Mexico .
