Job Description: Resumen del Puesto** El Operador de Back End es responsable de la operación eficiente y segura de la maquinaria y los procesos en la sección de back end de la línea de producción, asegurando la calidad del producto y el cumplimiento de los estándares operativos.
Responsabilidades del Puesto Operar y monitorear equipos de producción en el área de back end, incluyendo máquinas de empaque, etiquetado y paletizado.
Realizar ajustes menores a la maquinaria para optimizar el rendimiento y la calidad del producto.
Inspeccionar visualmente los productos para identificar defectos y asegurar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad.
Reportar cualquier anomalía o mal funcionamiento del equipo al personal de supervisión o mantenimiento.
Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada, siguiendo los protocolos de seguridad y las buenas prácticas de manufactura.
Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar un flujo de trabajo continuo y eficiente.
Cumplir con las normas de seguridad industrial y los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOPs).
Documentar registros de producción según sea requerido.
Cualificaciones del Puesto Educación secundaria completa (bachillerato o equivalente).
Experiencia previa en entornos de manufactura o producción, preferiblemente en operación de maquinaria.




Habilidad para seguir instrucciones orales y escritas.
Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y comunicarse efectivamente.
Atención al detalle y habilidad para identificar problemas de calidad.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario rotativo, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y días festivos.
Capacidad física para levantar objetos de peso moderado y permanecer de pie durante períodos prolongados.
Conocimiento básico de medidas de seguridad industrial.
