Park Hyatt Sydney is seeking an Assistant Sommelier to support the Hotel Sommelier in maintaining a diverse wine list for the restaurant, bar, and outlets. You will assist with stock collection and storage, ensuring wines are kept properly and ready for service.
You will guide guests with wine recommendations to elevate their dining experience, while maintaining excellent guest and colleague relations and demonstrating a passion for wines and ongoing sommelier studies.
