Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support automation solutions for manufacturing processes.

Lead automation projects from concept through deployment and validation.

Program, troubleshoot, and optimize automated equipment, PLCs, HMIs, and related control systems.

Provide hands‑on support to production to resolve equipment and process‑related issues.

Develop and implement preventive actions to improve equipment reliability and uptime.

Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and automated equipment to improve productivity and quality.

Coordinate equipment installation, qualification, and process validation activities.

Work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support production objectives.

Manage relationships with automation vendors, integrators, and equipment suppliers.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, labor reduction, quality, and cost savings.

Generate and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, and engineering reports.

Support new product introductions, capacity expansion projects, and manufacturing transfers when required.

Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical,



Electrical, Robotics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

5+ years of experience in Automation Engineering within a manufacturing environment.

Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).

Experience programming and troubleshooting automated equipment and industrial control systems.

Experience with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, vision systems, servo systems, and industrial automation technologies.

Experience developing fixtures, tooling, and automation solutions to support production.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.

Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments preferred.

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
