Félix is seeking a FinOps Lead to own the financial operations and reconciliation infrastructure supporting Wallets & Cards. This senior IC will design scalable processes, automate them with Engineering and Data, and ensure transaction flows are accurate as Félix scales new products.
You’ll partner with Accounting, Treasury, Product, Engineering, and Compliance, reporting to the Head of Finance. The role requires building robust controls, ensuring timely month-end close, and supporting audits.
