We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven leader to own the successful market implementation, adoption, and growth of our digital products.
This role will bridge Product, Technology, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless deployment, strong customer adoption, and revenue generation. The adecuado candidate combines a deep understanding of digital products with a proven ability to identify market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities Lead go-to-market and product commercialization strategies. Drive end-to-end implementation of digital solutions with clients and partners. Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams. Build and manage strategic relationships across the ecosystem.



Monitor product adoption, commercial performance, and growth KPIs. Translate product capabilities into tangible business value for customers.
Ideal Profile 8+ years of experience in Fintech, Insurtech, Saa S, or digital platforms. Strong background in business development, partnerships, or commercial leadership. Excellent understanding of digital products and implementation processes. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and strong execution skills. Proven track record of driving growth, adoption, and commercial results.
