We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the global Pumps & Seals Aftermarket business and partner closely with senior commercial operations leadership. This highly visible individual contributor role will analyze complex business data, develop sales, demand, and production forecasts, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic decision-making across a global organization. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, advanced analytical capabilities, and experience working with ERP, business intelligence, and reporting systems to improve forecasting accuracy, identify business opportunities and risks, enhance reporting capabilities, and drive commercial performance and operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to influence key decisions at the highest levels of the organization while collaborating with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
Business Analytics & Insights
Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and key business performance drivers.
Develop actionable insights and recommendations that support commercial and operational decision-making.
Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses for general leadership teams.
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions that improve visibility, decision-making, and performance.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, forecasting techniques, and analytical processes.
Recommend and implement enhanced analytics, business intelligence, and planning solutions.
Promote best practices in data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and business performance management.
Forecasting & Planning
Develop, maintain,
and continuously improve sales, demand, and production forecasts for the global aftermarket business.
Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to improve predictability.
Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to align forecasting assumptions and business plans.
Data Management & Reporting
Extract, validate, cleanse, normalize, and analyze data from ERP and other enterprise systems.
Ensure a high level of data accuracy, consistency, integrity, and governance across reporting processes.
Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business analysis, commercial analytics, sales forecasting, demand planning, financial planning, or a related analytical role.
Strong experience supporting commercial operations, business planning, and operational decision-making.
Advanced Excel skills, including data modeling, forecasting, scenario analysis, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, BPC, or similar enterprise systems.
Proven experience developing reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business performance analyses.
Strong data extraction, validation, cleansing, normalization, and quality management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in industrial manufacturing or related industries.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
Knowledge of data integration, enterprise reporting, and data engineering concepts.
Experience with Python for analytics and process automation.
Understanding forecasting, predictive analytics, and demand planning.
Experience supporting global commercial operations and cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of improving forecasting accuracy, reporting, and analytical processes.
