Job Description
Responsibilities
- Send invoices to customers via email and customer portals.
- Follow up on invoicing issues, including invoice resubmissions and administrative re-invoicing.
- Record supplier invoices in the accounting system, including customs broker entries, professional fees, and expenses.
- Review trial balances, monitor investments, and generate fixed asset and inventory reports.
- Support tax compliance requirements and manage document vault records.
- Provide general support to the Controlling department in various activities.
Requirements
- Active student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Public Accounting preferred), with evening class availability.
- At least one year remaining before graduation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Intermediate English skills.
